At Belle de Jour, we want your Power Planner to be the perfect companion for your journey; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all stickers, bookmarks, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned planner, we will process your full refund or ship out your preferred replacement within 5-7 business days.
